What Bella provides
Bella provides reports on whether AI assistants name a business, weekly checks, and written fix guides. Bella does not change any listing, profile or website; you do, or someone you choose.
What the numbers are
Reports count test answers from AI systems at a stated time and location. They are not counts of real customer searches, and they vary with location, wording and time. Bella does not promise that any change will cause an AI system to name your business, or that results will be reproducible on your own device.
Plans
The weekly check is billed monthly in USD and can be cancelled any time from the customer portal; cancellation stops future charges and no partial month is refunded. The fix guide is a one-time purchase delivered within 48 hours of receiving the information requested in the intake form.
Your information
You confirm that the business details you provide are accurate and that you are authorized to request reports about the business. Bella never publishes the address of a service-area business.
Acceptable use
Reports and guides are for the business they're issued to or for an agency's own clients. Reselling reports without the agency plan is not permitted.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Bella's liability is limited to the amount you paid in the three months before a claim. Bella is operated from Ontario, Canada, and these terms are governed by Ontario law.
