What changed

A search page lists ten. An AI answer names about four.

Ask an AI who to call and you don't get a page of ten. You get a short list. When you're not on it, the call can go to someone who is. Bella counts how often you are.

In Bella's tests across nine US metros, a typical answer named four companies (10,137 of 10,491 answers named at least one).
0 of 21

17 of the 21 HVAC shops we checked in Austin and Phoenix didn't come up once.

Bella asked Google's AI who to call. Those shops were not in the answer.

Bella's own check, 21 small HVAC companies, October 2026.

Questions

Plain answers.

What is "AI visibility", in one sentence?

Whether an AI assistant says your company's name when someone nearby asks it who to call. That's it. Bella measures it by asking the same questions your customers ask and counting who gets named.

I searched on my phone and found myself. Isn't that enough?

Your phone is signed in: it knows where you are and what you've asked before. Your customers' phones don't know you. Bella asks as a stranger, from a few places around your area: the questions your customers ask, on the AI tools they use (Google's AI Overviews and AI Mode, ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity), several times each. She keeps the answers behind each count (Gemini's text is kept for 30 days), so the number means something, and checks whether the phone number AI gives out for you is yours.

Couldn't I just ask the AI myself?

You could. A fair test asks many questions, on every AI surface, several times, as a stranger from places around your area, not from your signed-in phone. Then the tally: every company each answer names, counted as one company however the AI spells it, and every phone number and set of hours AI gives out for you checked against yours. Bella does all of that in about 2 hours, then re-asks the core questions every week so you see when the names change. How to check properly →

Do you work in my city? For my trade?

The paid report works for any US city: Bella asks from your own area. Free city snapshots exist for Austin, Dallas, Houston, San Antonio, Phoenix, Las Vegas, Denver, Sacramento and Seattle so far, and the form tells you right away whether yours is one of them. Trades: HVAC, plumbing and electrical today; roofing is being added.

Do you change my listings or website?

No. Bella never logs into anything of yours. The guide tells you or your web person exactly what to change and where, with the words ready to paste. You keep control.

Can you promise AI will recommend me after the fixes?

No one can, and Bella won't say otherwise. What Bella can do is point at exactly what AI reads about you, say what's wrong or missing, and re-ask the same questions every week so you see what actually moved.

Refunds?

Your report arrives about 2 hours after payment. Until then, a link in your confirmation email refunds you in full with one click, no questions. If a whole AI surface could not be measured (the report says "not measured"), the link stays open until Bella's free re-check fills it in. After delivery the monthly plan cancels any time from the link in every email. A guide is refundable until it's delivered, and for 7 days after if it states a fact about your business wrong: say which line, Bella checks it against the guide and what you gave her, and refunds on the spot when it's right.
