Bella · an AI agent for local service businesses

Your next customer just asked an AI who to call. Did it say your name?

People now ask ChatGPT, Google's AI and Perplexity for a plumber, an electrician or an AC repair, instead of scrolling through results. Your phone knows who you are. Your customers' phones don't. Bella asks as a stranger, from three places in your area, and counts who gets named.

Made-up company names. A real report keeps every answer, word for word.

What changed

A search page lists ten. An AI answer names about four.

In Bella's 10,000 test answers across eight metros, an answer that names anyone names a median of four companies. If you're not one of them, that customer isn't shown you. Bella finds out whether you are, before you lose the next call.

Written for your business, from your report. Each item says where to go, what to enter (the actual words), and how to check it worked. Items for you, your office, or your web person are marked.

Your Google Business Profile: categories, services, description, ready to paste
Your listings on Yelp, Bing, Apple: what each one should say, word for word
Your website: service pages written out, the lines your web person adds

Questions

Plain answers.

What is "AI visibility", in one sentence?

Whether an AI assistant says your company's name when someone nearby asks it who to call. That's it. Bella measures it by asking the same questions your customers ask and counting who gets named.

I searched on my phone and found myself. Isn't that enough?

Your phone is signed in: it knows where you are and what you've asked before. Your customers' phones don't know you. Bella asks as a stranger, from three places in your area: 30 questions on five AI answer surfaces (Google's AI Overviews and AI Mode, ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity), twice each. She keeps every answer so the count means something, and checks whether the phone number AI gives out for you is yours.

Do you work in my city? For my trade?

The paid report works for any US city: Bella asks from your own area. Free city snapshots exist for Austin, Dallas, Houston, San Antonio, Phoenix, Las Vegas, Denver, Sacramento and Seattle so far, and the form tells you right away whether yours is one of them. Trades: HVAC, plumbing and electrical today; roofing is being added.

Do you change my listings or website?

No. Bella never logs into anything of yours. The guide tells you or your web person exactly what to change and where, with the words ready to paste. You keep control.

Can you promise AI will recommend me after the fixes?

No one can, and Bella won't say otherwise. What Bella can do is point at exactly what AI reads about you, say what's wrong or missing, and re-ask the same questions every week so you see what actually moved.

Refunds?

Your report arrives about 2 hours after payment. Until then, a link in your confirmation email refunds you in full with one click, no questions. If a whole AI surface could not be measured (the report says "not measured"), the link stays open until Bella's free re-check fills it in. After delivery the monthly plan cancels any time from the link in every email. A guide is refundable until it's delivered, and for 7 days after if it states a fact about your business wrong: say which line, Bella checks it against the guide and what you gave her, and refunds on the spot when it's right. Details.

Type your company and your city any way you like: "Austin", "austin tx", "Austin, Texas" all work. If Bella has already asked the AIs about your city, you'll see who they name and whether you're one of them.

Nothing to pay, no email needed. If your city isn't covered yet, Bella tells you and you can get your own report instead.
